Before you write
My progress is gone
Progress is saved only on your device, inside the app's private storage. It does not sync to iCloud and it does not move between devices, so deleting and reinstalling the app starts you over. There is no way to recover it from our side, because we never had a copy — see privacy for why.
How do lives work?
You hold up to five. One comes back every twenty minutes. You need a life to start a level and you spend one when you fail — winning costs nothing. Leaving a level you have started counts as failing it, which is why the game asks before you go.
A level looks impossible
Tell us the number. Every level is generated from its index and then tuned against thousands of bot playthroughs, so level 187 is the same board for you as for everyone else — which means a genuinely unfair one can be found and fixed rather than shrugged at. Reports like this are the most useful thing you can send.
The board is hard to read
Settings has colourblind marks, which put a distinct shape on each gem colour, and a reduce-motion option that shortcuts the animations. Sound, music and haptics are three separate toggles.
Reporting a problem
Include whatever of this you have — it usually turns a guess into a fix:
- Your device and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- The level number, if it happened in a level
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you can catch it
